I don't trust my nonstick pan, that's why this recipe was born.
It's actually “Dukan Oat Bran Galette”, just with minor adjustments and is baked in the oven.
what you need
2 tbsp oat bran (1 1/2 for Attack Phase)
2 tbsp skim yogurt
1/3 onion* sliced (for Cruise Phase)
1/3 sweet pepper* finely chopped (for CP)
salt, pepper or any seasonings you like
* or any veggies you prefer. And you can use the left overs to make an omelette for the rest of your family.
what you do
- preheat the oven to 200 (hot air)
- mix the egg, yogurt, oat bran, veggies and seasonings well in a bowl
- pour the mixture into an oven dish
- bake for 15 mins
it goes great with skinny cappuccino topped with a pinch of cocoa powder
for a lazy weekend brunch
